Returns & Refund Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories.

Email helpshopviventi@hotmail.com with your order number and a short note on the reason. We reply with return instructions within one business day - please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post the funds within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund - your choice.

The fastest route is a refund on the original item and a fresh order for the replacement, so you are not waiting on stock.

For hygiene reasons, used cleaning heads, brush refills and opened consumables cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
