Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi: typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Other emirates: typically 3-6 business days after dispatch.

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, customs checks and courier volume can add a day or two during peak periods.

Free standard shipping on all orders over AED 220.

Below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout before you pay.

A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed, followed by a tracking link once the parcel leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once the return arrives; a second shipping fee may apply.
