We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

All prices are shown in AED and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging if a correction affects your order.

An order is an offer to buy. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects for the period stated on the product page, or 12 months where none is stated. Our liability is limited to the value of the order; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
